Ceilings from Pelican Systems
Ceiling Systems are a major focus at Pelican Systems and we have a variety of systems and products for Suspended Ceilings and Fixed or Flush Plastered Ceilings.
Suspended Ceilings make use of an Exposed Grid System (econogrid) into which you can use a variety of ceiling tile options ranging from Accoustic Mineral Fibre tiles, to econotiles our gypsum vinyl clad tile, or even econocal and econotherm which are calcium silicate tiles options.
Flush Plastered Ceilings make use of either JUMBO Flush Plastered Grid or JUMBO Steel Brandering to which JUMBO plasterboard would be fixed. Depending on the application a variety of plasterboards can be used including 7mm, 9mm or a 12mm if a Moisture Solution is required in Bathrooms or Kitchens.
There are a variety of specialist ceiling trim profiles available which assist in creating more interesting ceiling designs and facilitate the transition between different types of ceilings.
To finish off a ceiling there are a number of cornice options including 75mm JUMBO Cove Cornice and a variety of decorative cornice profiles including the Cornice Maker range.
With new legislation it is recommended that Insulation is used in all ceiling applications and we have JUMBO insulation in 50mm, 100mm and 135mm thicknesses to suit all climatic zones.
