MMI Cornubia Contact Centre
MMI Cornubia Contact Centre was awarded a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1 Design rating in February 2017 for its achievements in sustainable building features.
The office was designed to be efficient and flexible to allow for future expansion and changing usage and environment. It consists of two levels and one basement parking level. The office areas have a deep open floor plan with large penetrations between the floors to allow for light.
AMF Thermofon was specified to suit the high performance acoustic requirements for the call centre application.
JUMBO Plasterboard and PS2 Shadowline Trims were used for the flush plastered ceilings.
Plaster Junction was used to facilitate the transition from suspended to flush plastered ceilings.
