A 25mm fire retardant polysterene is applied to the back of the standard econocal tile improving the thermal resistance.
All the other benefits of durability, stability, fire resistance, moisture resistance and impact resistance which are inherent in the econocal tile still apply making econotherm a preferred specification for healthcare facilities as well.The fire classification is CLASS A/A1/2.
