The more popular door finishes are available ex stock to provide rapid turnaround times, whilst the less common finishes are manufactured on a made to order basis, subject to prevailing lead times.
Stock timber door finishes include undecorated Masonite and Commercial veneer for painting on site, and Sapele, White Beech, Maple, Oak and Cherrywood in polished form. All other available finishes are made to order.

TRUCORE TIMBER DOORS
Trucore Timber doors offers innovative technology of an engineered core that delivers on performance and strength.Our Trucore timber doors are available in 2 different core constructions depending on your door requirements and budget. These are Medium Duty timber doors and   Heavy Duty doors.

TDM TIMBER INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DOORS
TDM is the only South Africa manufacturer to qualify for SABS certification over our entire product range. This means that their doors have been independently verified as meeting some of the most exacting quality and safety standardsworldwide.
Our diverse stock range of TDM doors include:
Standard architectural semi solid and hollow core TDM flush panel doors.
Entrance doors, glazed or panelled; framed and ledged doors; all made in traditional or contemporary styling.
Interior doors with flush panels; doors made with attractive veneer finishes; deep moulded designs for the contemporary homes
BESPOKE SPECIAL DOORS
Pelican Systems also provide the service of manufacturing special purpose made doors to suite your specific requirements, including but not limited to hinged doors, pivot doors, sliding doors, sliding folding doors, security doors and glazed doors. 
ALUMINIUM DOORS
Glazed Aluminium Doors are available ex stock in a Natural Anodised finish. These made in a single and double leaf doorsets. Epoxy coated colour finishes are made to order.
FIRE DOORS
Our SABS marked fire rated doorsets are manufactured in Southern Africa exclusively for Pelican Systems and under license to PYROPANEL DEVELOPMENTS (PTY) LTD of Australia.

Pelican Systems manufactures, stocks and supplies a full range of complimentary door hardware and accessories including, but not limited to:

Prefabrication
As we all know in the construction industry "Time is Money". In line with this thinking, Pelican Systems has developed and offers the essential service of kit forming its timber doors and doorframes for the various partitioning systems that we have on offer. This service guarantees the following benefits:

  • Product quality is consistent and factory guaranteed
  • On-site installation time is reduced by more than half
  • The level of skill required for installers is dramatically reduced
  • Less tools are required on site to complete the work
  • Less machining is required and thereby noise on site is reduced
  • Mess on site is reduced saving valuable time spent cleaning up
In-house testing has proven that by using Pelican Systems' kit doors and frames you will save up to 75% on the labour time normally required to do this work on site. In real terms this means that three prefabricated doors and frames can be fitted to every one door and frame without prefabrication.

Prefabricated Kit Doors

Our popular quality flush panel doors are readily available ex stock in kit form where provision for the lock faceplate has been made, the lock mortice is complete and the holes for the key and spindle are pre-drilled to suite the required ironmongery.

This service is also available for non standard door sizes and finishes.

Prefabricated Kit Door Frames

To compliment our range of prefabricated kit doors we also offer prefabricated aluminium doorframes to suite our various partitioning systems. These are available in standard sizes as well as purpose made to your specific requirements. In prefabricated form the head and stiles are pre-cut to size, factory fitted with two aluminium sink less hinges and rubber gaskets and the checkouts for the latch and deadlock are complete.
