9mm Jumbo Lite Ceiling Tiles
Jumbo Lite Laminated Gypsum ceiling tiles offer an economical alternative to mineral fibre and metal pan ceiling tiles yet they still provide a high level of fire control and thermal insulation.
Our product is made from Gypsum board and is a vinyl covered (or laminated) ceiling tile which Pelican Systems has branded as Jumbo ceiling tiles. We offer the traditional 12mm Jumbo ceiling tile or should you require a more economical alternative for slightly lower relative humidity levels, we have introduced the 9mm Jumbo ceiling tile branded Jumbo Lite.
These tiles are ideally suited for areas where acoustics is not a major concern or where humidity levels do not permit the use of mineral fibre ceiling tiles. Jumbo Lite Vinyl Clad Ceiling Tiles are manufactured by laminating a decorative patterned foil onto a 9mm thick premium quality gypsum board. The ceiling tiles are available in three distinctive surface patterns, namely Fissured, Shell White. The designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing and are easy to clean and maintain.
Jumbo Lite ceiling tiles are non-combustible and are suitable for most ceiling applications. Should you require a specific fire rating for your suspended ceiling system, please contact the technical department at Pelican Systems. Gypsum ceiling tiles are not recommended for areas with excessively high relative humidity. Jumbo ceiling tiles are suitable for areas where the relative humidity does not exceed 95% and Jumbo Lite ceiling tiles are suitable for areas where the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
